Daily Insight -- Liquidity recovers slightly
Banking sector liquidity was up UAH1.16 bn last week as a result of similar increases in cash and Treasury operations. Banks used positive dynamics to increase the amount of funds invested in CDs. Banks' correspondent accounts with the NBU slid UAH1.34bn to UAH44.89bn, while total CDs outstanding rose UAH2.50bn to UAH59.09bn, causing banking sector liquidity to increase UAH1.16bn to UAH103.98bn.
