â€‹For the first time this month, Treasury appears to have increased expenditures above collected revenues on Wednesday, injecting UAH0.46bn into liquidity. As cash fell UAH0.35bn, non-monetary operations rose a net UAH0.13bn, matching the liquidity increase to UAH107.32bn.
