Alors que nous pensions devoir nous focaliser essentiellement sur l'intégration de Monsanto, nous ressortons de ce T2 déçus de la franchise HealthCare. Le renouveau de la franchise Consumer Health n'est toujours pas au rendez-vous. De plus, la hausse des coûts de production, des frais de R&D et de SG&A de la franchise Pharma vient pénaliser un trimestre de transition. Avec l'intégration en cours de Monsanto et les nombreuses procédures judiciaires concernant l'impact du glyphosate, nous maintenons notre recommandation à NEUTRE avec un objectif ajusté à 88€.Bayer is a life sciences group based in Germany.
