Des résultats prometteurs pour fitusiran - ACHAT - 93€
Alnylam (co-développeur avec Sanofi) a publié ce week-end les résultats de son étude de phase II évaluant Fitusiran chez des patients atteints d'hemophilie A ou B avec présence d'inhibiteur. Ces résultats se révèlent prometteurs à la fois pour la pathologie avec un taux annuel d'hémorragie nul (ABR), une augmentation du taux de thrombine et une diminution du taux d'anti thrombine sur cette même période, mais aussi pour le bénéfice de la plateforme d'ARN interférant. En effet, aucun évènement indésirable n'était observé, ce qui est le point primordial suite à l'arrêt de Revusiran il y a quelques semaines. Un partenariat et un actif qui ne semble pas être intégré par le marché et qui, si ces résultats se confirmaient en phase III (lancement début 2017), pourraient venir concurrencer emicizumab de Roche. Nous maintenons notre recommandation à ACHAT avec un objectif de cours inchangé de 93€. Cf.
