Résultats mitigés de l'étude Fourier - ACHAT - OC 91€
Dans le cadre de l’ACC, Amgen publiait les résultats complets et tant attendus de son étude FOURIER évaluant l’effet cardiovasculaire de Repatha. Nous savions déjà que Repatha réduisait l’incidence des évènements CV majeurs, mais ne connaissions pas jusqu’alors la teneur de cette réduction. Avec une diminution de -15% du score MACE (évènements cardiovasculaires), ce résultat se révèle en dessous des attentes. Un travail est maintenant attendu entre AMGEN et les payeurs afin d'ajuster au mieux la population cible. Nous ne modifions pas à ce stade nos attentes sur Praluent de SANOFI avec un pic de ventes de 2,5Mds€.
