Acquisition de 145m€ à Nanterre : retour en terrain connu - ACHAT - OC 57€ (vs 56€)
La société a annoncé la signature d’un accord avec Icade (bien que la foncière ne soit pas mentionnée) en vue de l’acquisition du parc d’affaires Nanterre Seine (hors immeuble Axe Seine) et de l’immeuble Défense 3, également à Nanterre, pour 145m€ hors droits et 84 000m². La STE est un acquéreur naturel de ce parc développé par Ph. Lemoine, actuel patron de STE, lorsqu’il dirigeait Silic, repris par Icade. Pour financer cette acquisition, la STE envisage de procéder à une augmentation de capital d’ici la fin de l’année, date espérée de la finalisation de la transaction. Nous modifions nos estimations pour intégrer cette acquisition et l’augmentation de capital plus précoce qu’attendu.
