Hier matin, la biotech francaise annonçait la proposition d'offre d'acquisition émise par Sangamo Therapeutics d'un montant de 2,58€. Cette offre en numéraire valorise les capitaux propres à 65,8m€, soit avec une prime de +175% sur le dernier cours. Cette acquisition de la plateforme de Tregs de TXCELL s'inscrit dans la continuité du partenariat avec GILEAD. Les conditions suspensives de l'opération ne constitue pas un risque majeur et seront levées d'ici fin septembre pour une clôture de l'opération au T4 18. Bien que notre OC de 3€ était supérieur à l'offre de Sangamo, les risques de développer un candidat Treg seul sont trop nombreux, nous recommandons donc d'APPORTER à l'offre.Txcell SA.
