Confirmation du brevet de Vimpat - ACHAT - OC 77€
L'USPTO (agence américaine de régulation des brevets) validait hier soir le brevet 38,551RE de Vimpat. Pour rappel, le brevet du médicament d'UCB était attaqué par Argentum. Après une première réponse de l'US Court District en août dernier, l'USPTO vient en confirmer sa validité. Nous étions confiants sur une réponse positive pour UCB (cf : Étude Sectorielle « Un regain de croissance externe? ») ce qui nous conduit à maintenir nos attentes. Cette réponse positive qui était initialement attendue en mai 2017 devrait faire réagir le titre positivement ce matin.
