BEL20: Who's in, who's out?

ON 19 MARCH 2021 THE RESHUFFLING OF THE BEL20 WILL BE EFFECTIVE. THE CUT-OFF DATE FOR THE ANNUAL REVIEW WAS LAST FRIDAY (IE. THE PENULTIMATE FRIDAY OF FEBRUARY). WE EXPECT THE CHANGES TO BE ANNOUNCED A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE EFFECTIVE ADJUSTMENTS. BASED ON OUR CALCULATION WE THINK THAT ELIA WILL JOIN THE BEL20 WHILE BARCO WILL BE FORCED TO EXIT OUR REFERENCE INDEX.

Etablissements FR Colruyt is engaged in wholesale, food service, distribution of fuels, production of electricity and digital printing. Co. has three operating segments: retail, which relates to stores under Co.'s own management which directly sell to retail customers and bulk consumers; wholesale and foodservice, which supplies to wholesalers, commercial customers and affiliated independent merchants; and other activities, which operates gas stations, engaged in printing and document management and provides alternative energy.

Co. is a closed-end property investment company which specializes in: development of storage and distribution premises; customized projects in line with the user's request; acquiring premises for customers who wish to engage in sale and leaseback transactions.
