AB Effectenbeteiligungen AG is an Austria-based company that invests in European companies. The Company is engaged in the investment in undervalued small-cap and micro-cap companies, in medium-sized companies with a growth potential, as well as in pre-initial public offering (IPO) companies. In the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2009, AB Effectenbeteiligungen AG's portfolio included Rhoen Kliniken AG, a Germany-based hospital operator, Realtime Technology AG, a Germany-based provider of visualization technologies and services for industrial applications in the automobile, aviation and consumer goods sectors and RIB Software AG, a Germany-based specialist in building construction, plant engineering and infrastructure management software.

ASM International N.V.

ASM International is an equipment supplier mainly to the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Co. designs, manufactures and sells equipment and services to its customers for the production of semiconductor devices, or integrated circuits. Co.'s front-end segment manufactures and sells equipment used in wafer processing, encompassing the fabrication steps in which silicon wafers are layered with semiconductor devices. Co.'s back-end segment manufactures and sells equipment and materials used in assembly and packaging, encompassing the processes in which silicon wafers are separated into individual circuits and subsequently assembled, packaged and tested.

Barco NV

Barco operates in three divisions: Entertainment, which delivers projection, lighting, LED and software solutions for markets such as cinema, venues, and hospitality and the retail and advertising; Enterprise, which targets the corporate and the control rooms market and provides a portfolio of visualization solutions with videowalls, corporate projectors in combination with collaboration software and networking and connectivity capabilities; and Healthcare, which delivers displays for the diagnostic and modality imaging market, including segments such as radiology, mammography, surgery and dentistry along with digital networked solutions for the operating room and point-of-care devices.

Basic-Fit NV

Basic-Fit NV is an operator of fitness centers based in the Netherlands. The Company operates more than 350 fitness clubs in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain.

Charter Hall Retail REIT

Charter Hall Retail REIT is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The principal activity of the Company is property investment. The Company's segments include Freestanding supermarkets, Neighbourhood shopping centres, Sub-regional shopping centres and REIT operations. The Freestanding supermarkets segment consists of standalone supermarket with no specialty shops. The Neighbourhood shopping centres segment consists of local shopping centers with one supermarket and a gross lettable area (GLA) less than 10,000 square meters. The Sub-regional shopping centres segment consists of medium sized shopping centers typically incorporating over one full line discount department store and a supermarket with total GLA of approximately 40,000 square meters. The REIT operations segment includes all other income and expenses, which are not directly attributable to these shopping centers. The Company's subsidiary, Charter Hall Retail JV Trust, is engaged in the property investment.

D'Ieteren SA

D'Ieteren is engaged in two sectors of services to the motorist: Automobile Distribution, which is a distributor of Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Porsche, and Yamaha brands in Belgium; and Vehicle Glass, which is engaged in the repair and replacement of vehicle glass mainly in Europe, North and South America, Australia and New Zealand through Belron s.a. and notably its CARGLASS®, AUTOGLASS® and SAFELITE® AUTO GLASS brands.

GrandVision NV

GrandVision offers wide access to vision services and products, which includes prescription glasses, contact lenses and care products, and sunglasses both with and without prescription lenses. Co.'s exclusive brands includes: Frames (5th Avenue Heritage, Activ, BeBright, C-line, DbyD, Enzzo, Fuzion, Go Green, Heritage, Julius, IN STYLE, iSwitch, LightFly, Miki Ninn, Play!, Seen, Sensaya, The one, twiins); Sunglasses (Heritage, Seen, Solaris, Unofficial); Lenses (LightView, VariView); and Contact Lenses (Eyexpert, iWear). As of Dec. 31, 2016, Co.'s network includes 6,516 stores across more than 40 countries in Europe, the Americas, and Asia and operates under 29 local retail banners.

HAL Trust

HAL Trust is the trust holding company for HAL Holding N.V. Co.'s only asset is the outstanding shares of HAL Holding N.V. Co.'s strategy is to invest in companies where it can play an active role as shareholder and board member. Co. invests mainly in industrial and real estate companies.

Kinepolis Group NV

Kinepolis Group NV is a Belgium-based company, which is primarily engaged in the operation of cinemas. The Company's activities are divided into such business units, as Box office, In-theatre sales, Business-to-business (B2B), Film distribution and Real Estate. The Box office unit includes sale of the tickets. The In-theatre sales unit is involved in the sale of snacks and related articles. The B2B unit takes care of the organization of corporate events and the sale of screen advertizing to corporate customers. The Film distribution unit includes all activities related to movies showed in the cinema. The Real Estate is responsible for the property management and utilization. Additionally, the Company has a Technical department, which delivers technological support to Kinepolis facilities. The Company is present in Belgium, France, Spain and Poland.

Orange Belgium SA

Orange Belgium is a telecommunications operator in Belgium. Co. provides a range of products and services to the residential and business markets, including mobile telephony, fixed telephony, fix data, Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line. Co.'s Belgium segment is divided into two operating units: Mobile as well as Fix voice data. Co.'s Mobile operating unit provides mobile phone equipment and services to residential and corporate customers, while Co.'s Fix voice and data operating unit provides fix voice, data and internet services to residential and corporate customers.

UCB S.A.

UCB is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on severe diseases in two therapeutic areas, namely central nervous system disorders and immunology. In the area of central nervous system disorders, Co. is focused on advanced Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, restless legs syndrome and epilepsy. In the area of immunology disorders, Co. is focused on rheumatoid arthritis, axial spondyloarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, post-menopausal osteoporosis, systemic lupus erythematosus and immunological diseases.

Warehouses De Pauw SCA

Warehouses De Pauw and its subsidiaries are engaged in investment in the Belgian semi-industrial property market. Co. is a closed-end property investment company which specializes in: development of storage and distribution premises; customized projects in line with the user's request; acquiring premises for customers who wish to engage in sale and leaseback transactions.
