AB Effectenbeteiligungen AG is an Austria-based company that invests in European companies. The Company is engaged in the investment in undervalued small-cap and micro-cap companies, in medium-sized companies with a growth potential, as well as in pre-initial public offering (IPO) companies. In the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2009, AB Effectenbeteiligungen AG's portfolio included Rhoen Kliniken AG, a Germany-based hospital operator, Realtime Technology AG, a Germany-based provider of visualization technologies and services for industrial applications in the automobile, aviation and consumer goods sectors and RIB Software AG, a Germany-based specialist in building construction, plant engineering and infrastructure management software.

Akzo Nobel N.V.

Akzo Nobel N.V. is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the production and marketing of paints, coatings and specialty chemicals. Co. has three segments: Decorative Paints, which supplies products for the professional and do-it-yourself markets, including paints, lacquers and varnishes, as well as products for surface preparation; Performance Coatings, which is divided into the following businesses: Automotive and Aerospace Coatings, Industrial Coatings, Marine and Protective Coatings, and Powder Coatings; and Specialty Chemicals, which are used in products such as ice cream, soups, disinfectants, plastics, soaps, detergents, cosmetics, paper and asphalt.

Euronav NV

Euronav is a provider of maritime shipping and offshore services engaged primarily in the transportation and storage of crude oil. As of Apr. 4, 2017, Co. owned and operated a modern fleet of 55 vessels (including four chartered-in vessels) with an aggregate carrying capacity of approximately 13.7 million deadweight tons, or dwt, consisting of 31 very large crude carriers, one ultra large crude carrier, 21 Suezmax vessels, and two floating, storage and offloading vessels. Co. has two operating segments: the operation of crude oil tankers on the international markets (tankers) and the floating production, storage and offloading operations.

Euronext is a cross-border exchange. Co. operates combined regulated markets across Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom (derivatives only). Co. offers a range of integrated services including the listing of financial instruments, trading in securities and derivatives, clearing, netting and settlement, market data dissemination and IT solutions and support. Co.'s customers include listed companies, members, institutional and individual investors who trade on Co. markets, other organizations, notably exchanges that use its technologies and services, and users of the financial and information generated by market activity.

Kinepolis Group NV is a Belgium-based company, which is primarily engaged in the operation of cinemas. The Company's activities are divided into such business units, as Box office, In-theatre sales, Business-to-business (B2B), Film distribution and Real Estate. The Box office unit includes sale of the tickets. The In-theatre sales unit is involved in the sale of snacks and related articles. The B2B unit takes care of the organization of corporate events and the sale of screen advertizing to corporate customers. The Film distribution unit includes all activities related to movies showed in the cinema. The Real Estate is responsible for the property management and utilization. Additionally, the Company has a Technical department, which delivers technological support to Kinepolis facilities. The Company is present in Belgium, France, Spain and Poland.

Koninklijke Bam is a construction group based in the Netherlands. Co. is active in the sectors construction, property, civil engineering, public private partnerships, mechanical and electrical contracting, consultancy and engineering, and facilities management. Co. maintais market positions in the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany. Co. undertakes specialist construction and civil engineering projects in niche markets worldwide. Co.'s consultancy and engineering company provides services to global clients with their international operations.

Leasinvest Real Estate SCA

Leasinvest Real Estate is a real estate investment trust. Co. invests in retail buildings, offices and logistics buildings, in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and in Belgium. As of Dec 31 2013, Co.'s real estate portfolio is composed of 34 sites (including the assets held for sale & the development projects) with a total surface of 429,579 m2, of which 18 are located in Luxembourg and 16 in Belgium. Co. rents its properties to tenants across various business sectors, such as services, retail and wholesale, financial services, transport and distribution, government and non-profit, industry, medical and pharma, and ICT.

Proximus SA de droit public

Proximus supplies integrated telecommunications services on the Belgian market. Co.'s activities are divided into four segments: Consumer Business Unit (CBU), which sells voice products and services, internet and television, on fixed and mobile networks, to residential customers; Enterprise Business Unit (EBU), which caters to professional customers; Service Delivery Engine and Wholesale, which centralizes all the network and IT services and costs, provides services to CBU and EBU and sells these services to other telecom and cable operators; and International Carrier Services, which focuses on international carrier activities.
