Ackermans & Van Haaren is an investment company. Co. operates in five sectors: Marine Engineering & Infrastructure, which includes DEME NV, a dredging and marine company; Private Banking, which includes BDM NV - Continentale Verzekeringen NV (ASCO NV), which focuses on marine and industrial insurance via brokers; Real Estate, Leisure & Senior Care, which includes Extensa Group NV, a real estate developer; Energy & Resources, which includes Telemond Group, a supplier to the crane and automotive industry; and Development Capital, which is engaged in ICT and engineering, retail and distribution, real estate development, and media and printing.

Befimmo is engaged in real estate investments. Co.'s activities are dedicated solely to the ownership and management of a real-estate portfolio. As of Dec. 30, 2012, the portfolio consisted principally of office buildings located in Brussels and let to public authorities or private businesses, and office buildings in various town centres in Flanders and Wallonia, let long-term to public authorities, and a building located in the city of Luxembourg.

Celyad Oncology

Celyad is engaged in engineered cell therapy treatments with clinical programs initially targeting indications in cardiovascular disease and oncology. Co. provides C-CATHez, an injection catheter that delivers bio therapeutic agents into the myocardium. Co.'s main product is C-Cure, which is in Phase III clinical trials for the treatment of chronic heart failure secondary to ischemic cardiomyopathy. Co.'s drug product candidates are autologous cell therapy treatments. In autologous procedures, a patient's cells are harvested, selected, reprogrammed and expanded, and then infused back into the same patient.

Compagnie d'Entreprises CFE SA

CFE is engaged in civil engineering, buildings and industrial construction, dredging works and electrical installations. Co. is also engaged in property development, environmental protection and building management. Co.'s works carried on by Co.'s civil engineering group includes the following: hydraulic engineering, harbor works, bridges, and other engineering works, tunnels, road construction, dams, storage tanks, piping and drainage and caissons sunken soft soil. Co.'s buildings and industrial construction sector is active in the following fields: administrative buildings, industrial construction, public utility buildings, redevelopment, and residential buildings.

Royal Vopak NV

Royal Vopak is a holding company. Via its subsidiaries, Co. acts as a tank storage provider for the oil and chemical industry. Co. operates a network of terminals located at locations along trade routes. Co. also provides a range of additional services, from loading and unloading a range of transport modalities to heating, cooling, blending and customs formalities. The customers Co. serves range from global to local clients and include national and global producers, governments, distributors and traders of liquid and gaseous bulk products. Co.'s customers are active in the production, trading and marketing of oil products, chemicals, gases, biofuels, edible oils and liquefied natural gas.
