Compagnie Immobiliere de Belgique SA (Immobel) is a Belgium-based company active in the real estate development sector. The Company operates in three lines of business in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland, such as office properties, the residential sector and land banking. Its clients include: the state, the European Union (EU) and/or institutional investors for office complexes; private clients for residential property and land purchases, as well as private clients looking to invest in housing. The Company's main projects in Belgium include Belair, Black Pearl, Parc Seny, Gateway, Bella Vita and Chastre Rue Du Chene. Its main projects in Luxembourg include Westside Village, Green Hill and Galerie Kons. Finally its main projects in Poland include Cedet, CBD One and Okraglak.

Elia System Operator develops, operates and maintains very-high-voltage (380 kV, 220 kV and 150 kV) and high-voltage (70 kV, 36 kV and 30 kV) networks, providing its customers with consultancy and engineering services. Whether in Belgium, Germany or elsewhere in Europe or the U.S., Co. ensures that electricity flows reliably from energy producers to distributors and large corporate customers. Co.'s main activities include transmission operator, system operator and market facilitator, developing and maintaining grid infrastructure, connecting electrical installations to grids, providing transparent access to grids, while taking initiatives to improve electricity market operations.

Exmar is a diversified and independent industrial shipping group that serves the international oil and gas industry. Co. provides ships for products transport and performs studies, undertaking the management of commercial, technical or administrative activities. Co. specializes in gas transport activities, particularly Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Ammonia (NH3). Co., through it's subsidiary EXMAR Shipmanagement, provides ship management and ancillary services to ship owners, including regasification and liquefication; other services offered by Co. include insurance brokerage (managed by its subsidiary Belgibo) and an in-house travel agency (Travel Plus).
