The Frozen division offers frozen vegetables and fruits, deep-frozen vegetable dishes, and ready-to-use meals to retail, food service, and food industry. The Canning division processes vegetables and fruit from the field into preserved foods in cans and jars. The division also prepares ready-to-eat food such as soups, sauces, dips and pasta dishes.

Co.'s Equipment segment encompasses development, fabrication, and services associated with medical and industrial particle accelerators, proton therapy systems, and a range of dosimetry products, while Co.'s Pharmaceuticals segment encompasses the production and distribution of radiopharmaceutical agents as well as its bioassay operations.

Picanol is an international, customer-oriented group specialized in development, production and sale of weaving machines and other high-tech, industrial products, systems and services. Co. operates in three business segments: Weaving Machines and Industries. Weaving Machines: Co. develops, manufactures and sells high-tech weaving machines based on air (airjet) or rapier technology. Industries: Proferro comprises all foundry activities and Co.'s machining activities. It produces cast iron parts for e.g. compressors, pumps and agricultural machinery, and parts for Picanol weaving machines.

Smartphoto Group is a diversified photo and multimedia group. It has two core activities that are structured into two separate divisions, the Retail Group and the Imaging Group. The Retail Group focuses on consumer electronics and on multimedia products on several local markets. Imaging Group provides goods and services that are directly concerned with both analogue and digital photography in the broad sense. These are mainly products and services concerned with the production of photo prints, which implies a specific production process for 'photofinishing'.
