Akzo Nobel N.V.

Akzo Nobel N.V. is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the production and marketing of paints, coatings and specialty chemicals. Co. has three segments: Decorative Paints, which supplies products for the professional and do-it-yourself markets, including paints, lacquers and varnishes, as well as products for surface preparation; Performance Coatings, which is divided into the following businesses: Automotive and Aerospace Coatings, Industrial Coatings, Marine and Protective Coatings, and Powder Coatings; and Specialty Chemicals, which are used in products such as ice cream, soups, disinfectants, plastics, soaps, detergents, cosmetics, paper and asphalt.

ASM International N.V.

ASM International is an equipment supplier mainly to the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Co. designs, manufactures and sells equipment and services to its customers for the production of semiconductor devices, or integrated circuits. Co.'s front-end segment manufactures and sells equipment used in wafer processing, encompassing the fabrication steps in which silicon wafers are layered with semiconductor devices. Co.'s back-end segment manufactures and sells equipment and materials used in assembly and packaging, encompassing the processes in which silicon wafers are separated into individual circuits and subsequently assembled, packaged and tested.

Barco NV

Barco operates in three divisions: Entertainment, which delivers projection, lighting, LED and software solutions for markets such as cinema, venues, and hospitality and the retail and advertising; Enterprise, which targets the corporate and the control rooms market and provides a portfolio of visualization solutions with videowalls, corporate projectors in combination with collaboration software and networking and connectivity capabilities; and Healthcare, which delivers displays for the diagnostic and modality imaging market, including segments such as radiology, mammography, surgery and dentistry along with digital networked solutions for the operating room and point-of-care devices.

Basic-Fit NV

Basic-Fit NV is an operator of fitness centers based in the Netherlands. The Company operates more than 350 fitness clubs in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain.

Biocartis Group NV

Biocartis Group NV is a Belgium-based company, which specializes in the development of molecular diagnostic systems, especially for the treatment of cancers and infectious diseases, the products ensure the analysis of biomolecules associated with risk factors, early detection, treatment selection and monitoring of disease. The group has the Idylla system to deliver results within a period of between 35 to 150 minutes.

Proximus SA de droit public

Proximus supplies integrated telecommunications services on the Belgian market. Co.'s activities are divided into four segments: Consumer Business Unit (CBU), which sells voice products and services, internet and television, on fixed and mobile networks, to residential customers; Enterprise Business Unit (EBU), which caters to professional customers; Service Delivery Engine and Wholesale, which centralizes all the network and IT services and costs, provides services to CBU and EBU and sells these services to other telecom and cable operators; and International Carrier Services, which focuses on international carrier activities.

RELX NV

RELX is a provider of information solutions for professional customers across industries. Co. operates in four market segments: Scientific, Technical & Medical, providing information and tools to help its customers improve scientific and healthcare outcomes; Risk & Business Information, providing data services and tools that combine proprietary, public and third-party information, with technology and analytics to business and government customers; Legal, providing legal, tax, regulatory news and business information to legal, corporate, government and academic markets; and Exhibitions, organising exhibitions and conferences.

SIPEF group

Sipef is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries and associated companies, Co. is primarily engaged in the development and production of sundry commodities, including palm oil, palm kernels, tea, tropical fruits and flowers, bananas, pineapples, ornamental plants, guava, pepper and natural rubber. Palm oil, which is Co.'s most important commodity, is used within the cosmetics industry, in soaps and detergents, as a supplement to cattle and poultry feed, for production of protein, and for several other purposes. In addition, Co. provides management, marketing and consultancy services in the agro-industry.

Sligro Food Group N.V.

Sligro Food Group NV is a company engaged in the food distribution industry, based in the Netherlands. It divides its business into two segments: Food Retail activities comprise around 130 full-service EMTE supermarkets with 30 operated by independent retailers; Food Service offers nationwide network of cash and carry and delivery service outlets serving large and small-scale hospitality, establishments, leisure facilities, volume users, company and other caterers, forecourt retailers, small and medium-sized enterprises, smaller retail businesses and the institutional market. The Company serves the institutional market trading under the name Van Hoeckel and the other segments of the market as Sligro. The Company's subsidiaries include CaterTechBV and Bejaco NV, including its subsidiaries JAVA BVBA and Freshtrans BVBA, jointly known as JAVA Foodservice.
