Co. has three segments: Decorative Paints, which supplies products for the professional and do-it-yourself markets, including paints, lacquers and varnishes, as well as products for surface preparation; Performance Coatings, which is divided into the following businesses: Automotive and Aerospace Coatings, Industrial Coatings, Marine and Protective Coatings, and Powder Coatings; and Specialty Chemicals, which are used in products such as ice cream, soups, disinfectants, plastics, soaps, detergents, cosmetics, paper and asphalt.

Heineken is an international brewer and engaged in the production and distribution of beer brands in 178 countries. These include Heineken®, Amstel, Anchor, Biere Larue, Bintang, Birra Moretti, Cruzcampo, Desperados, Dos Equis, Foster's, Newcastle Brown Ale, Ochota, Primus, Sagres, Sol, Star, Strongbow, Tecate, Tiger and Zywiec. In addition, Co. is the cider maker with brands such as Strongbow® and Bulmer's®. Some of its wholesalers also distribute wine, spirits and soft drinks.

Royal Boskalis Westminster is a service provider operating in the dredging, dry and maritime infrastructure and maritime services sectors. Co. is involved in dredging activities and provides a range of maritime services for the offshore energy sector. In addition, Co. provides towage services as well as emergency response and salvage related services. Co.'s main clients are oil, gas and power companies, port operators, governments, shipping companies, international project developers, insurance companies and mining companies. Co. operates on behalf of its clients in over 75 countries across six continents.

Royal DSM is engaged in the creation of products and services in Life Sciences and Materials Sciences. Co.'s products and services are used globally in range of markets and applications in healthcare, pharmaceutical automotive and chemicals sectors. End markets include human and animal nutrition and health, personal care, pharmaceuticals, automotive, coatings and paint, electrics and electronics, life protection and housing. The activities of Co. are grouped into four clusters: Nutrition, Pharma, Performance Materials and Polymer Intermediates.

Lotus Bakeries is a bakery group based in Belgium. Co. produces and sells bakery products under the Lotus, Peijnenburg and Annas brand names. Co. focuses on authentic specialties from the biscuit and cake world: original caramelized biscuits (Biscoff), gingerbread, cake specialties, waffles and pepparkakor biscuits. Co. maintains production facilities in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Sweden. Co. maintains its own sales organizations and cooperates with commercial partners in approximately 10 European countries including the United States, Hong Kong, China, South Korea and Chile.

SBM Offshore is a holding company. Co. provides floating production solutions to the offshore energy industry, over the full product life-cycle. Co.'s main activities are the design, supply, installation, operation and life extension of floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels. Other products include semi-submersibles, tension-leg platforms, floating production storage and offloading liquefied natural gas, turret mooring systems, brownfield and offshore (off) loading terminals. As of Dec 31 2015, Co.'s fleet consisted of 10 FPSOs, two floating storage and offloadings, one mobile offshore production unit, one semisubmersible in operation worldwide.
