After today's changes (ASMi out, UCB in), we maintain a balanced approach in our Dynamic Top Pick List, with a particular emphasis on value stocks that have been overlooked. Our defensive holdings are overweight, including real estate, which stands to benefit from lower interest rates. Arcadis/Slow start to FY26 but a better second half/HOLD

As 3Q25 showed only 1% organic growth, this did not translate into the anticipated pick-up in growth rates. We expect meagre organic growth to continue into FY26 as we foresee only 1.8%, with 1H26 likely being slower than 2H26. New management has been taking measures to reduce overhead costs. These cost savings are material, but will only come fully to fruit in FY27, also the year when we foresee a return to stronger organic growth. Saltchuk a privately held US group active in freight transport, marine services and energy distribution, has agreed to acquire Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corp (GLDD), an US offshore energy and dredging contractor often viewed as a peer to DEME due to its similar infrastructure-focused marine activities. Ontex [FY25 EBITDA at low end of guidance, FY26 guidance of +10% EBITDA]

4Q adjusted EBITDA dropped by 32% while FY25 adjusted EBITDA landed at 175.6m, which is at the low end of the € 175-180m guidance given at the time of the profit warning in December.
