Fugro collects and interprets data related to the earth's surface, soils, and rocks beneath. Co. provides advice to oil and gas, mining, and construction industries. Co. also provides its clients with the technical data and information required to design, construct and maintain structures and infrastructure in a safe, reliable and efficient manner. Co. operates in three divisions: Geotechnical, Survey, and Geoscience.

Greenyard NV

Greenyard processes and commercializes fruits, vegetables, and ready-to eat food products in France, the United kingdom, Germany, Belgium, other EU-countries, and internationally. Co.'s operation is divided into two divisions: The frozen division known as Pinguin and the canning division under the name of Noliko. The Frozen division offers frozen vegetables and fruits, deep-frozen vegetable dishes, and ready-to-use meals to retail, food service, and food industry. The Canning division processes vegetables and fruit from the field into preserved foods in cans and jars. The division also prepares ready-to-eat food such as soups, sauces, dips and pasta dishes.

Retail Estates NV

Retail Estates is a niche fixed-capital real estate investment fund that invests in retail properties located on the periphery of residential areas or along access roads to urban centers. Co. buys properties from third parties or builds and markets shop premises for its own account. The outlets have a built on surface areas of between 500m2 and 3,000m2. A typical retail property has an average surface area of 1,000m2. As of Mar 2010 Co. had 399 premises in its portfolio. The retail lettable area amounted to 398,754m2.

Ter Beke is a fresh food group operating in ten European countries. Co. has two business segments: Processed Meats and Fresh Ready Meals. Processed Meats is engaged in pre-packed processed meat including: salami; cooked ham; processed poultry; pate; cooked meats; and dried and cured meats. Co.'s distribution brands and brand names for this segment are L'Ardennaise®, Pluma®, and Daniel Coopman®. Fresh Ready Meals produces ready meals through the brand names: Come a casa® and Vamos®.

VGP NV is a Belgium-based real estate development company that constructs and develops industrial real estate and ancillary offices, which are rented out to clients on long term lease contracts. The Company operates in three business segments: the Development activities segment is focused on the identification and acquisition of the land and development of the infrastructure, the design of buildings, the coordination of architectural and engineering aspects, the administration to obtain the necessary permits, the tendering and coordination of the construction works, including site management, and the facility management of the real estate portfolio; the Property Management and Leasing services segment is responsible for managing the operation of the buildings, and the Facilities Management services segment is responsible for managing the operation of the buildings and performs all actions, such as maintenance services, waste management services and maintenance greenery, among others.
