3Q23 revenue increased by 23.2% YoY whilst EPRA earnings increased only 9.75% on the back of higher interest costs. Care Property Invest confirms its FY23 EPRA EPS guidance at EUR 1.0-1.03. We believe the 10.57% indexation will likely result in a FY23 EPS at the higher end of the guidance. We repeat our accumulate recommendation at a EUR 15.5 TP.Care Property Invest NV.
