Deceuninck is an international designer and manufacturer of PVC systems for windows and doors, cladding & roofline, interior and garden applications. The basic technology used by Co. is extrusion of PVC and patented Twinson composite material. The production process includes compounding, tool manufacturing, extrusion of gaskets and profiles, printing, PVC lamination and the patented Decoroc coating technology. Co. is active in more than 75 countries across Europe, North America and Asia and maintains nine PVC extrusion facilities capable of processing 260,000 tons of compound.

EVS Broadcast Equipment SA

EVS Broadcasting Equipment is engaged in the development and marketing of audiovisual equipment relating to the processing of pictures and sound. Co. provides solutions based on tapeless workflows with a consistent modular architecture. Co.'s activities are divided into the following regions: Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and America.

Recticel SA

Recticel is engaged in the production of a variety of polyurethane foams that are used in the furniture, technical, automotive, bedding and insulation industries. The Flexible Foam Business Line covers the manufacture, conversion and marketing of flexible polyurethane foam. The types of flexible foams are classified as Comfort, Technical Foams and Composite Foams. Co. is also engaged in the manufacture of foams used in mattresses and slat bases. In addition, Co. manufactures rigid polyurethane and phenolic foams for thermal insulation. Co.'s automotive activities include: manufacturing moulded seat cushions, window encapsulation and manufacturing interior trim components.

Retail Estates NV

Retail Estates is a niche fixed-capital real estate investment fund that invests in retail properties located on the periphery of residential areas or along access roads to urban centers. Co. buys properties from third parties or builds and markets shop premises for its own account. The outlets have a built on surface areas of between 500m2 and 3,000m2. A typical retail property has an average surface area of 1,000m2. As of Mar 2010 Co. had 399 premises in its portfolio. The retail lettable area amounted to 398,754m2.
