Xior reported solid operational FY25 results. We remain very supportive of the excellent organic trends: LFL rental growth of +5.4% over FY25, which is expected to reach a minimum of +4% over 2026-27F, still outperforming the broader real estate space. The 4% EPS growth guidance for 2026 and 2027 is strong and we think this is a realistic expectation. LTV is at 49.9% and this limits growth options. Heineken FIRST LOOK: FY25 operating profit +4.4%, FY26 guidance of 2-6% growth

Heineken's FY25 top line and operating profit figures were slightly better than our forecasts with operating profit in absolute terms in line with consensus. Heineken guides again for sizeable savings efforts in FY26 with operating profit growth guidance calling for a 2-6% range (vs our and consensus forecasts of c. 5%).
