Option is a supplier of cellular gateways and a solution provider for the machine-to-machine (M2M) space. Co. has five operating segments: Devices & Solutions, which produces USB devices, routers as well as the end to end service offerings; M2M, which includes Co.'s device, called CloudGate; Embedded & Solutions, which is engaged in the production of embedded devices or module offerings and associated integration and certification services; License, which relates to license deals, closed with third parties; and Other, which includes the connection manager software business and mobile security solutions.

Floridienne SA is a Belgium-based company engaged in the chemicals, gourmet food and life sciences sectors. The Chemicals division is engaged in two areas: additives for plastics used for stabilizing Polyvinyl Chloride and fireproofing plastics, as well as the recycling of nickel-cadmium, nickel-metal hydride and lithium-ion batteries. The Life Sciences division is active in the production and marketing of natural technologies and products that offer green and sustainable alternatives in agriculture, hygiene products and healthcare, among others. The Life Sciences division also provides plant proteases and integrated pest management. The Gourmet Food division is engaged in the production and marketing of party and gourmet food products such as snails, scallops, stuffed shellfish, smoked salmon, seafood salads, aperitif snacks and ethnic dishes. Co. has been assigned by the Dutch government to carry out the UPD (Universele Postdienst, Dutch for Universal Postal Service). Carrying out the UPD requires, amongst other things, Co. to deliver mail throughout the Netherlands five days a week (Tuesday through Saturday) and to maintain enough mailboxes in the country. ACM is charged with monitoring and enforcing the execution by Co. Co.'s operations are organized along three business segments: Mail in the Netherlands; Parcels; and International. Co. maintains over ten networks across thirteen countries.

Co. provides its consumer customers data broadband services, IPTV services, mobile (voice, data and SMS) and fixed line telephony. Co. provides its business customers broadband services, mobile, fixed line and data services. Co. operates in the following segments: Consumer Mobile, which provides mobile services and products; Consumer Residential, which provides services in and around the house; Business, which provides fixed and mobile telephony services; NetCo, which includes fixed wholesale services; Belgium, which provides mobile telephony; and iBasis, which provides wholesale network services.

SBM Offshore is a holding company. Co. provides floating production solutions to the offshore energy industry, over the full product life-cycle. Co.'s main activities are the design, supply, installation, operation and life extension of floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels. Other products include semi-submersibles, tension-leg platforms, floating production storage and offloading liquefied natural gas, turret mooring systems, brownfield and offshore (off) loading terminals. As of Dec 31 2015, Co.'s fleet consisted of 10 FPSOs, two floating storage and offloadings, one mobile offshore production unit, one semisubmersible in operation worldwide.
