Through its subsidiaries, the company owns and operates the Vince business. Vince is an apparel and accessories brand. The company provides an array of women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, and capsule collection of handbags, and home for a global lifestyle. The company's segments include: Wholesale, which is comprised of sales to primary department stores and other stores in the U.S. and in select international markets, and also includes its licensing business related to its licensing arrangement for its women's and men's footwear line; and Direct-to-consumer, which includes its the company-operated retail and outlet stores and its e-commerce business.
