The company's segments include: Wholesale, which is comprised of sales to primary department stores and other stores in the U.S. and in select international markets, and also includes its licensing business related to its licensing arrangement for its women's and men's footwear line; and Direct-to-consumer, which includes its the company-operated retail and outlet stores and its e-commerce business.
