Barrick Gold President Dushnisky Leaving to Become AngloGold Ashanti CEO; No Change to FVEs
On July 23, Barrick Gold and AngloGold Ashanti announced that Kelvin Dushnisky would leave his current role as president and board member at Barrick on Aug. 31 to assume the role as CEO and board member at AngloGold Ashanti. Dushnisky replaces current AngloGold CEO Srinivasan Venkatakrishnan, whose departure was announced in April and is set to leave the company at the end of August. Barrick will now begin a search for Dushnisky’s replacement. The changes in leadership do not impact our forecast...Anglogold Ashanti Limited.
