Antero's first quarter was encouraging, despite a (slightly) faster-than-expected increase in drilling and completion costs, which nudged our fair value estimate to $29 per share. The firm delivered production of 2,144 million cubic feet equivalent per day, or mmcfe/d, in the third quarter, which was 8% higher sequentially and 22% higher year over year. That drove adjusted EBITDA to $363 million, which was consistent with Wall Street expectations.
