We continue to believe that Antero Resources is one of the few compelling investment opportunities in the overvalued E&P segment. Our updated estimate for the company's 2017 production is 2,312 million cubic feet of natural gas equivalent, which is 30% higher than our 2016 forecast and about 5% above guidance (2,160-2,250 mmcfe/d).The firm plans to operate seven drilling rigs this year with a capital budget of $1.5 billion, which can be funded more or less entirely with operating cash flow....
