Assa Abloy Results In Line; Shares Fairly Valued
Following a 5% volume decline in new elevator sales in China in 2016, we were not surprised by wide-moat lock manufacturer Assa Abloy's lacklustre 1% and 2% group organic revenue growth for its fourth quarter and fiscal 2016, respectively. Its results were dampened by an 8%-9% decline in its Asia-Pacific sales.
