Digital investment and efficiency gains should pay off for Bank of Nova Scotia.
Bank of Nova Scotia reported fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year results that were largely in line with our expectations for the firm and do not alter our long-term thesis. We are increasing our fair value estimate to CAD 77 from CAD 73 for Canadian shares, and increasing our fair value estimate for U.S. shares to $60 from $59. This is partially due to the time value of money, updated exchange rates, and also from incorporating the latest quarterly results.
