Berkshire Puts More Money to Work With Bid for Energy Future Holdings' Oncor Electric Delivery
There's plenty to like in Berkshire Hathaway's $9 billion all-cash bid for the bankrupt Energy Future Holdings and its prized Oncor Electric Delivery assets (which serve around 10 million customers in Texas), the least of which is that the insurer continues to find ways to put capital to work in value-enhancing deals.
