After a disappointing third quarter for sales of Celgene’s psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis drug Otezla, Celgene’s lowered 2020 guidance that incorporates continuing Otezla weakness as well as lower expectations for cancer drug Abraxane, the removal of Crohn’s disease pipeline drug GED-0301 (key trials stopped for futility last week), and a later launch date for ozanimod in ulcerative colitis (slower trial enrollment), we are significantly lowering our fair value estimate to $113 from $144.
