CK Hutchison Sees Strength in Its Telco Operations; FVE Unlikely to Be Changed
While no-moat CK Hutchison Holdings’ 2016 operating results were largely in line with our expectations, we find good news in its telecommunication group, which saw strength in its Indonesian operations and increased margins at 3 Group. We expect this segment to remain a key driver to earnings with the full-year impact of the merged Wind Tre Italia in 2017.
