CVS Reports Decent Quarter as It Lays Groundwork for New Healthcare Services Business Model
With the recent announcement that it will seek to acquire major managed-care firm Aetna, CVS Health has taken another step toward becoming an all-encompassing healthcare services conglomerate. As the company builds its operations toward that goal, we expect there to be some mixed results as it realigns its business model.
