We are reaffirming our $57 per share fair value estimate for Scana after the board of directors said it was delaying its decision whether or not to pay a second-quarter dividend. In recent years, the board has declared the second-quarter dividend around the time it announces first-quarter earnings and holds its annual shareholder meeting.
