D.R. Horton Reaches Agreement to Acquire 75% of Land Developer Forestar for $17.75 Per Share

On June 29, no-moat homebuilder D.R. Horton announced that it had reached an agreement with Forestar to acquire 75% of the company for $17.75 per share. D.R. Horton’s offer represents about a 9% increase from its previous $16.25 per share offer, which was announced on June 5.
