Dr. Reddy's fiscal second-quarter results were negatively impacted by continued U.S. generic price erosion, partially offset by stability in Europe and emerging markets. Since we have already accounted for increased competition in the U.S. generics market and Dr. Reddy's regulatory improvements, we don't anticipate making major changes to our fair value estimate based on this quarter's results.
