Equinix Posts Solid First-Quarter Results and Raises Outlook; Shares Fairly Valued
Equinix posted a solid performance in the first quarter that largely tracked our expectations. Total revenue grew over 12% year over year on a reported basis, or 11% on a normalized and constant currency basis. The firm continued its growth trajectory supported by new customers wins across all verticals (170 new customers in the quarter, same as a year ago), integrating past acquisitions and adding new cabinet capacity.
