Bloomberg has reported that existing Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi has agreed to head efforts at Uber. If this news is confirmed, we would view it as a loss for the online travel agency, given Khosrowshahi’s 12 years’ experience of running the company, over which time it has accrued a globally network-advantaged platform.
