Five-Year Plan End in Sight; Raising Fiat Chrysler FVE to EUR 17 From EUR 15
No-moat-rated Fiat Chrysler’s five-year plan is now past the halfway mark. Objectives that seemed highly dubious to the market at the plan’s 2014 inception are now nearly, but not entirely, within reach with the end approaching in 2018. We are raising our fair value estimate to EUR 17 from EUR 15 (to $18 from $16 for the U.S. traded shares, at an exchange rate of $1.0678 to EUR 1) mostly due to increases in our revenue and profitability assumptions (attributable to about EUR 1.65 of the increase...Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is a holding company.
