GE CEO's Remarks at Major Conference Fail to Inspire the Market; Maintain Our FVE
Shares plunged during CEO John Flannery’s presentation at the Electrical Products Group Conference today, and ended down 7% for the day. We think this stems from a short-term focus by investors who wanted more news on rapid portfolio management than they received; they also likely wanted assurance the dividend would not be cut, but got neither.
