Lifting GE's Uncertainty Rating to High on Magnitude of Turnaround

We’ve lowered our fair value estimate for General Electric to $23.50 per share from $26 and increased our uncertainty rating to high from medium as challenges in the early days of new CEO John Flannery’s turnaround plan underscore the difficulty of forecasting GE’s cash flows with a high degree of certainty.
