HP Enterprise Reports Mixed 4Q; Maintain $23 FVE; Shares Fairly Valued
HP Enterprise reported fiscal fourth-quarter results that missed our top-line estimates while non-GAAP earnings per share came in slightly ahead of expectations, primarily due to solid execution of cost-reduction programs. Despite reporting year-over-year declines across all reporting segments, we think management is doing a decent job of strategically positioning the company for a dramatically changing operating environment due to the advent of the public cloud.
