Jazz Wins the Battle, but Will It Win the War? Generic Xyrem Approval Offset by Citizen Petition
Following the simultaneous news of an approved generic Xyrem and favorable citizen petition outcome, Jazz jumped over 10% last week, though investor enthusiasm has since tempered slightly. We do not plan on changing our $128 per share fair value estimate and continue to recommend that investors wait for a higher margin of safety before jumping into the fray.
