Juniper’s Revenue Outlook for 2018 Disappoints; Strong Gross Margin Headwinds; Cutting FVE to $25

Juniper reported expectedly weak fourth-quarter results as its large hyperscale cloud customers continued transition from MX line of routers to newer PTX line. It appears that this transition is likely to take up most of 2018 as the company expects its top line to return to year-over-year growth only in the fourth quarter.
