LafargeHolcim Shares Fall 3% After Slow Start to the Year, but Upside Still Looks Limited

LafargeHolcim reported a slow start to 2018, as more normalized winter conditions led to year-over-year recurring EBITDA decline in Europe and very low growth in North America. Other regions didn’t fare much better, leading to a like-for-like decline of nearly 8% in recurring EBITDA companywide over the prior-year quarter.
