Lear Reports Record 3Q Results, Guides Slightly Higher; Maintaining $90 Fair Value Estimate

Narrow-moat-rated Lear, the automotive seat and electrical systems provider, reported healthy diluted earnings per share before special items of $3.19, solidly ahead of the consensus EPS estimate of $3.02 and beating the sell-side forecasts on average by 12% for four straight quarters.
