We are reaffirming our $32 per share fair value estimate and no-moat and stable moat trend ratings after OGE Energy reported weak third-quarter 2017 earnings and lowered full-year guidance to a range of $1.85-$1.91 per share from the previous range of $1.93-$2.09 per share.
