We are reaffirming our $29 fair value estimate and no-moat and stable moat trend ratings after OGE Energy reported third-quarter earnings per share of $0.92, versus $0.55 in the year-ago period. Enable had an impairment charge in the year-ago quarter that was the main reason for the big increase in OGE's consolidated earnings, but we reiterate that investors should focus on cash distributions from Enable rather than its EPS contribution. Utility earnings were solid, but $0.02 per share lower tha...OGE Energy is a holding company.
