Placing Pentair Under Review Due to Split-Up Into Two Publicly Traded Companies
We are placing Pentair under review as of May 1.ÂPentair is splitting up into two publicly companies, a water-focused company that will retain the Pentair name and PNR ticker, and an electrical products-focused company that will trade as nVent with the ticker NVT. Both new companies will begin trading on May 1.
