Portland General finds more opportunities to grow with distribution upgrades.

We are reaffirming our $33 fair value estimate, along with our narrow moat and stable moat trend ratings, for Portland General Electric, or PGE, after the company reported earning $0.38 per share in the third quarter, a slight decline from year-ago EPS of $0.40. Management reaffirmed its full-year EPS guidance of $2.05-$2.20, in line with our $2.17 estimate.
